Then installed Rogero 3.55 v3.7A CFW in safe/recovery mode. . Are there any other methods of downgrading custom firmware consoles to 3.55? Thank you for your time.

Note: If you're on OFW higher than 3.55, you CAN'T install these CFW directly! You will need to use E3 flasher to downgrade the PS3 back to 3.55 OFW.
